Can you tell what my inspirations are and that I did the mistake of free handing everything?

Setting the scene as Carter showers; the bathroom door is opening, letting the light pour into his room. Sticky notes with reminders decorate the walls, pill bottles on his nightstand. A worn punching bag. On his desk he has various tabs open with camera feeds, minor clippings on his cork board. A journal and his ID lay on the wooden surface, the cover stating it’s his 5th year in the city. A train sounds on the final panel.

A passing couple speaks in whispers, the bell from a storefront sounds overhead as Carter steps up to its window. His thoughts in small red boxes state:

“WHAT’S TODAY…?”
“SATURDAY…SUNDAY…?”
“I JUST KNOW ONE THING.”

Carter’s thoughts continue:
“IT’S THAT CRIME DOESN’T SLEEP.”

Two masked figures enter the store, planning to stick it up.
“REMEMBER THE PLAN, I’LL WATCH THE DOOR.”
“YEAH, YEAH, PISS OFF…”

The cashier holds her hands up nervously as a gun is held up to her face.
“P-PLEASE DON’T. WE DON’T- WE DON’T EVEN HAVE THAT MUCH…”

Carter stands to the side, crushing a can in his hand as he watches the situation unfold, the text behind him repeatedly saying:
DONT JUST STAND THERE, DO SOMETHING

Carter’s gaze turns white with anger as he turns to intervene with the robbery, the perpetrators continue their conversation:

“COUGH UP THE
F*@/ing MONEY!”
“I'M NOT PLAYING!
I'LL SHOOT YOU!!”

BANG! A warning shot sounds and breaks through a window, the cashier’s frightened scream follows.

“NICE GOING, GENIUS.
NOW NEITHER OF US IS GETTING ANYTHING.”
“SHUT UP, WE CAN GET IT BEFORE THE COPS EVEN ARRIVE!”

The store’s alarm sounds out loudly, drowning out the scene

I've missed 3 weeks straight of class and im 90% I'm failing this trimester and will prolly have to cough up more money if they make me pay off failed classes. I can study and turn in assignements all i want but if I can't make it to class I'm cooked.

I'm so tired.

We are like This 🤏close to getting kicked out, rent is around $850. That's not even counting the utilities we have to pay since we still don't have electricity, we have debts with the water, there's the phones. And the gas for the generator. We don't have a car. We're behind on so much shit man.
