I made this Outlaws video (youtu.be/0vDdkV3MNvQ) in a rush and got it done just before I had to go to hospital and I made this KOTOR Remake one (youtu.be/1ml-IV31rOM) the day after surgery when I was dizzy and struggling but I can't not commit everything to Star Wars game videos lol

The website, Discord and other socials I imagined would have been removed today but the YouTube channel is a bit surprising. We don't usually see this with game shut downs.

Moments ago, Star Wars Hunters has been officially shut down.

Not only have the servers been taken offline but the website, Discord and all social media pages have been removed. This even includes the YouTube channel, all the video, gone.

EA has now been loaded with $20 billion of debt. That's almost as much as what the entire company full of talent and IP is worth This means the company will have to make that back in cost cutting and aggressive monetisation.

Upon completion of the deal, EA will remain ran out of Redwood City with Andrew Wilson as CEO

Star Wars Outlaws on Switch 2 has now earned an 82 Metacritic score making it the 10th highest rated Star Wars game of all time.

For comparison, Battlefront 2 is 68, Jedi Survivor is 85, Fallen Order is 79 and Battlefront 2 (2005) is 83

Star Wars Outlaws continued to appear in the UK top 40 physical game charts. Here's last weeks data. Switch game key cart still making up most. LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga still up there too.

Also, I believe this is the first ever trailer uploaded in 4K by the official Star Wars YouTube channel. It also contains some IMAX shots. Not sure why it has taken sooo long to finally get 4K trailers from them but at least we have now.

Star Wars Outlaws was the 10th best selling physical game in the UK last week. Was not just due to Switch 2. which made up 53% of sales. PS5 accounted for 38%.

As for digital, it is still charting highly on the Nintendo eShop worldwide

With the imminent closure of Star Wars Hunters on October 1st (awful rollout of the game by the developers/publishers - extremely long closed beta and botched PC release) and the fact that it will just no longer be playable by anyone...
