Most likely, the "Sportivna" 110 kV substation failed, and the video was shot from there. Since the last threat from a drone in the Volgograd region was at 22:16 (Ukrainian time). In my opinion, Zeus hit this substation (there was an accident, and the substation went offline with a flash of light).

The Volgograd region was left without a substation, and reporters filmed the explosions. I think it was Zeus.
