One thing I've learned after all these years of #gamedev is: you can study The Market; you can research and strategize all you want; but you can't run from the game that you truly want to make.

As a developer who focuses on "weekend" games, this is very nice to see!
I'd rather sell you a game you can complete by yourself, or on a stream with friends, in one or two sittings, and feel like you just experienced something special and memorable.

I enjoy shovelling snow, now that I have a property to shovel. ❄️ It's a free 30-40 minute full-body workout, and I like the quiet.

sorry to some folks, but if we want games to be viewed as consequential art and not products - eventually game development at large is going to have to move past the realm of linkedin, forbes 30 under 30, how to market your game, professional business conference stuff and into something else.

I've been listening to Fatal Frame soundtracks to get in the mood while I work on this new #horror game. Holy moly, sometimes a track has the faintest, creepiest voice humming along, and it sounds like it's right behind me, and gaaahhhhh!
