Dog 3002 was healthy and adoptable, but @waynestate still killed him because he wouldn't run on a treadmill--for the university's heart failure experiments--and then fabricated reasons to end his life. Now, @PCRM is asking @MichDeptofAg to investigate. act.pcrm.org/awaynenih
