This is why I hate my team that I love unconditionally. Packers give so much hope, then strategically break down. I knew the good first half was a bad omen. I’m just glad it’s Bears and not Lions. Not much else I can say about this.

I feel bad for my downstairs neighbors. Late game that should have been a runaway has me screaming at coaches after 11 when I should have been in bed an hour ago… luckily it’s the closest we have to hometown team so guess I get a pass…

Just re-listened to one of my fave albums, Soundgarden’s 1991 Badmotorfinger. I swear it’s almost prophetic in retrospect. Opens with badass Rusty Cage, (that intro gets me amped every time), moves on to Jesus Christ Pose, finishing w/New Damage. Lyrics are so currently applicable. Just sayin.

Ok, but why are reporters in the dugout during play?!? I hate that. Worse than cornering NFL coaches on the way to locker room at half time. It’s too intrusive to my thinking. Stop distracting them, let them focus!!!

I gotta get up in less than 5 hrs but I’m still so glad I stuck it out! Also grateful for Freddie for ending this spectacle in a spectacular way. Baseball is awesome!

Oh good grief - I thought nfl OT keeping me awake was bad. forgot how many innings baseball can go-watched in person local game to inning 13 & my date/ride insisted leaving. We heard the roar of success halfway through parking lot. So pissed. AND THAT JUST HAPPENED-out at home, can’t miss plays!!

I also had Baltimore orioles for the second year- but in 2024 I only caught 2 glimpses over 2 days. In 2025 I had 2 males for a couple weeks in the dead of winter, and back again in spring!
