Well the rumored Batman (1989) Retro figures have been revealed, and it looks like they went with Kenner Star Wars inspired figures like with the recent Superman The movie figures. These look... OK to fine. Using art/renders of the toys on the box is certainly a choice.

There is also an official Batman & Robin Poison Ivy Wig being sold separately alongside this costume, however it's based on her hairstyle from her 2nd outfit with the 2 cones/buds on top.

Production photo from Batman (1989), featuring Batman's battle with the dual wielding Swordsman Joker Goon. That's actually David Lea, Keaton's Stunt Double, in the batsuit here. The Swordsman was played by Sken Kaewpadung, who also choreographed the fight scenes in the film.

Sprite & Sprite Sheet for the Swordsman Joker Goon from Sunsoft's Batman: The Video Game (based off Batman 1989) for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. Unlike the Stage 3 mini boss sword wielder, this Stage 4 boss more closely resembles the swordsman from the film.
