The government needs to procure as much silver as possible & there is historical precedent for confiscation from the populace. Even if they don’t go door to door looking for smaller amounts, the fact that they might make it illegal to own, will make doing so a losing proposition.

#XRP Despite all the good news, the price of XRP remains attractively low at the moment. For me, this is an extremely positive signal. Institutional investors never buy at the peak of a stock, but rather precisely now, in this phase, before the price rises parabolically.
