I wasn’t sure after book 1 but I’m having a lot of fun in book 2. I think maybe book 1 was so much world building it slowed it down so book 2 gets to jump right in.

I finished this ARC read for House of Night by Celia Aaron! I enjoyed the book but the storyline is so obviously inspired by Manacled I don’t feel comfortable rating it at this time. Especially with SenLinYu’s book coming out soon. This book is #Manacled with #vampires if you’re interested! #booksky

I can’t give this one a rating. The writing was good and I enjoyed it, it just had components that aren’t my cup of tea.
- 2nd chance romances just make me sad there was wasted time the first time.
- pregnancy. It was a key part to the story and relevant, not a trope, I just don’t like it.
