If solely talking Thanksgiving, 4 or 8. I make neither on that day. I do make one hell of a good green bean casserole, though. Hint: I add lots of bacon, sautéed onion and celery, and a chicken base in place of mushroom.
I also make little turkey sandwiches with the rolls.
