I thought that Puerto Rico was the end all, be all of pork, I was wrong. Elote absolutely killed it, some of the best pork I have ever had. Cheek meat is the shit no matter the animal, ask your butcher.

One thing if you are going to visit Sedona. It is amazing but make sure you understand this is a town built on being outside. They roll the sidewalks up early. I found to “late” places for a cocktail and they are open till 12. Everywhere else its 10.

Was just thinking, Trev is going into the offseason unhurt, well as much as you can as a active player. Last year he was beat to hell, hopefully he can focus more on improving as opposed to healing.
