💚 Big news for Hubberston and Hakin! The Green is now officially owned by the public – bought for the community, by the community.

✨ Thanks to @heritagefunduk.bsky.social, the Green is being transformed into a space for everyone: a sensory garden, wildlife planting, community growing and more.

❓What does Brighter Futures mean to Ken? Yes it's somewhere you can go to get a hot meal or take part in an activity, but it's much more than that... it’s a place where loneliness is eased, friendships are made, and everyone belongs. But Ken says it best: “They’re my family.” 💜

🙉You can't stop not hear this. Dave Newell doesn't sugar coat it - this is raw, this is survival, and this is the power of real community. Too often people skip the hard parts of life - but this is life. Dave and people like him LITERALLY make the world go round.
