The patient on the reclining couch is revealed to be Kira Yoshikage (mature form). He wears a prisoner jumpsuit and his hands are laced in front of him, handcuffed. The label on his jumpsuit says "12345". He replies "that's a very good guess. but it all started when i jacked it to the mona lisa".

Kira says "i have to gain more stamina. thought about getting a gym membership but there's probably a buncha sweaty unwashed guys. as if i'll touch the same weights they touched with the hands they used to play with their dicks."

Back to present time with Josuke, Koichi, and Okuyasu on the couch. Koichi tells Josuke "a whole load of pointless stuff. something about hitting the gym and playing with dicks." Josuke's eyes are bugged out and his mouth is pressed into a flat line. Okuyasu grips his thigh and spittakes while drinking from the soda can, the soda splashing back into his face. Sfx: PFFFF

Kira whispers to Josefumi, saying "ok first we distract him by taking all the eye eye sya drops." The aforementioned box has two eyes on each side with "SYAA" labeled on top. Aisho sees a rock with eyes on the shelf and says "damn is that a pet rock?" The boxes on the shelves by Kira and Josefumi are labeled "maybe food," "ROKAKAKAKAKAKAKA," "oh shit look here," "KY," "a brick," "A," "S," "S," "R18," "Cheese Dip," "potato," "leftovers," "sugar free gummy bears." The boxes on the shelves by Aisho are labeled "ants," "oatmeal," "LSD," "Platinum ULTRA SEX," "a shoe," "another shoe," a pet rock, and "holy water."

Josefumi mock-salutes kira and says "eye eye sya? aye aye sir!"

The background text says "oh shit did someone see me with my girlfriend and call the cops? i can kill this cop but that simply wont go unnoticed when they trace his last location which is my house."
