Cool. Because of some stupid hospital policy, even though my blood work is fine, I have to stay until Wednesday now because they require the doctor to put in 24 hour notice of intent to discharge...which my doctor didn't do today despite assurances he would.

Another night in this fucking hospital all because the doctor had an operation to do and couldn't go over my blood test results with me. Another night with this annoying IV shoved in my arm, and the nurses who pull on it when they try to clean it. More bad food.

I am extraordinarily grumpy.

I should be released tomorrow if I'm lucky. Perhaps Tuesday. I'm very annoyed that no bloodwork or testing was done over the weekend all because...my doctor has the weekend off. Each day in this place costs me a lot of money. Let me go home.

Sooooooooo, I've spent the last week dealing with a huge infection. Getting admitted into a hospital in Japan was not part of my plan for this trip, but also even getting them to admit me was a giant pain in the ass. First hospital rejected me, second hospital sent me home after a single IV. Grrrrrr
