As everyone can probably imagine…we have accrued quite the financial hit with Spike needing emergency surgery & two nights at the hospital. At this point, we need help. If you can, it’s appreciated. Spike I know appreciates it as he recovers!

Wow. Greg Bovino admits on camera that his agents can detain people if you look scared, change your demeanor, or grip a steering wheel too tight.

As his unmasked agents walk around with large guns to scare you, they may arrest you just for that — even if you're a U.S. citizen.

Not only do I know all this because I’m a pharmacist but I know it because I’ve been battling higher cholesterol levels since my early thirties…not because of how I eat but because of yup, you guessed it…GENETICS

People need to stop saying “you need to take ur cholesterol meds before eating…x, y, or z”

That is NOT how cholesterol medicine works. Not even close.

Eating a single high cholesterol meal will NOT affect ur cholesterol levels either

AND…cholesterol being high can be a fully genetic thing too

I have two, candy corn & chocolate necco wafers

Candy corn I can only do in small amounts but chocolate necco wafers, I could eat those all the time. Only chocolate, the assorted ones are nasty

I have always refused to hide away my medical situations, even though I have been told by numerous people I make others 'uncomfortable'. I say good, I should because if I make them uncomfortable this means their patients make them uncomfortable and that is a problem.

in professional spaces. This is simply navigating life through the lens of being disabled. Instead of saying they do not define me, understanding that yes, they are definitions which apply to my life but I get to choose how they define me, others follow my lead.

No, this is not a super power. Nothing about any disability is a super power as this trivializes the true obstacles that have been put in place by society making it much harder for disabled people to exist

leaning into the impulsivity of my ADHD while needing that control over my environment which my autism requires. Being able to understand the pain which comes from Rheumatoid Arthritis means I do need to rest but effectively using my time

care for my body while working. Sure, to outsiders this looks like inconsistency or that I do not have enough drive to overcome but I argue it is just the opposite. I have found organized chaos is a space where I thrive the best,

I have had to learn how to work efficiently while dealing with a whole host of issues because my medical conditions could care less if I have work to get done. They will affect me how they choose and instead of harming myself more, I have learned how to do both,

Because it is impossible for me to divorce what is going on medically from my professional self. The two are massively intertwined and to be honest, what makes me a phenomenal pharmacist is that I have numerous lived experiences as they relate to various medical conditions.

Not sure if everyone is aware but they do have COVID + Flu A/B home tests available now.

I prefer the iHealth brand. As far as home tests are concerned, they have been reliable for us.

Just thought I should share in case others wanted to know!

We got very fortunate! There was another storm in the middle of the Atlantic, which pulled the one closest to states towards it and we all got a lot of rain but that was it…we were lucky & im glad I was able to have it too! I just hate the recovery process

I had surgery Tuesday to remove the rest of that spot off of my gum…just venting about recovery…I’m wide awake but I’d rather be sleeping right now & yesterday that’s all I could do was sleep

Slept all day yesterday, day after surgery

Today…nothing & it’s almost 10:15 pm and I’m wide awake…

For me, the second day after surgery is always the worst…always
