I had carpal tunnel release surgery in both hands. Not because of gaming (side effect from a brutal drug) but I can confirm that if you’re dealing with CT, that surgery is like /magic/. Unpleasant (I hand one hand done under only local anesthesia yikes) but after the release of pain is incredible.
