Yeah by that one bombing 13 years before FDR was even elected and a series of unrelated bombings which lasted till after the New Deal was signed, cos time doesn't matter.

You're the one fixated on bombings dumbfuck. Plenty of succesful movements existed which didn't bomb anyone, even in the US. But if a protest is being oppressed then violence is the natural follow up to that. Not because it is unpopular but specifically because it IS.
