Final stop of the day is @TheSussexArms. A Big Smoke pub with 22 handpumps and 20 taps.

We can complain but the fact remains that it was the busiest bar of the day so far.

Sadly, it is the way things are going.

A walk back in to Twickenham and stop 6, @Brewery_Market. Great bottle shop in the middle of the pedestrianised area with a dozen taps and plenty of packaged beers.

Another bus ride to stop 5, @jawbonebrewing. Taproom on a small, riverside, industrial estate 10 minutes from the centre of Twickenham. Up to 7 of their own beers on tap.

A twenty minute walk to stop 4, @tap_tavern, the best option in the town centre. 16 taps plus 3 handpumps. Tucked away just off the main High Street.

And doesn't help the stress levels!

Another short bus ride to stop 3, @themitreTW9. Back street pub that always has a good selection of beers, and the cask is always in fantastic condition.

Many years ago I visited a friend for a birding trip in Seattle. He took us to a game. The rest is history...

A short bus ride, after a long wait, to stop 2, @MicroBeers. Cosy little bottle shop with 7 beers on tap and a large packaged selection.

Thanks to the Mariners not finishing their playoff game until 06:00 a very late start today!
Staying localish with stop 1 being @GhostWhaleLDN in Putney. Usual superb selection across 8 taps and multiple fridges.

One additional stop on the way home, @apintofhops in Acton. They've rearranged the interior and it's much more user friendly. 6 taps plus 4 double fridges.

Stop 6, and last of the random visits, is the Pocket. The relatively new sister pub of the Southampton Arms. 8 cask ales and 10 taps.
beerguidelondon.bsky.social
Stop 5 is @PressureDropBrw. 10 taps of their own beers available.

Ask person behind bar for number between 1 & 296. Then find corresponding row in spreadsheet.

I worried that most of today would be spent travelling. Owner of Stone Mini Market randomly chose Calamity Tank as stop 4. It's less than 5 minutes walk!
Libertalia's new Taproom in the former Mammoth space. 12 taps, their own plus other London breweries.

All good but favourites are A&H, Cloudwater, It Ain't Much and Kernel. You planning a visit, if so when?

Jack had the honour of picking stop 3 and he's sent me east to Stone Mini Market. Barely recognisable since my first visit, the deli with some beers is now a serious bottle shop with 4 available on tap. A coffee counter has been added since my last visit.

Barman at stop 1 played a blinder sending me to the excellent Sutton Arms as stop 2.
The usual superb range across 4 handpumps and 16 taps.

Stop 1, thanks to Mrs MA, is Real Drinks in Maida Vale. Cosy bottle shop and bar not far from Paddington. 6 taps and c300 packaged beers.

Good morning London!

The hiatus is over and it's time to start the third round of visits.

Different approach for day 1, Mrs MA has randomly chosen stop 1 and subsequent stops will be randomly chosen by whoever serves me.

What could possibly...

Really, really sad to hear this. Thanks for the heads up.
