I’m trying to resist adding to these, well at least anymore after the extra Kossars I’ve got coming… I’m still hopeful GW will bring Kislev to the Old World, and they at least do a MTO for the old models. 🤞

State of Kislev.

Both cavalry units are all cleaned up, based and pinned. I am going to have to do some filling on the lancers, no amount of cutting will get them sitting in the saddles stable.

Picked up the new Arcane Journal so I can properly read the Renegade Crown army list. And clearly my Kislev are going to be from Uvetovsk.

Honestly seems likely that when Kislev comes into the Old World they are going to be the exiles from here anyway.

Never!

It all depends what the models for. These are gaming pieces, so need to sit nicely on the table, fit the environment. Brown rims are way better for that than black.

With the new Renegade Crown list for Old World, I’ve had another look at the old Kislev.

Got just enough (with a very lost Araby wizard) to do a 500pts army.

List is a captain, wizard, 2x 10 sellsword infantry, 5 freeblades, and 5 outriders.

Sadly no really way to get the bear in.

Wanting to convert up some Steel Legion stormtroopers/kasrkin, and I’m in two minds about which base models to use? (In an ideal world GW would do a MTO for the old inquisitor stormtroopers)

The Krieg Engineers or Aquilons. I’ve got enough Kasrkin bits to give them all the right guns.

I’m really getting pissed off with the AI girlfriends adverts on YouTube. I’ve lost count of the number of time I’ve told YouTube to block the same bloody company!!!
