It pisses me off royally when a team's injured player has to leave the pitch and isnt allowed back on, its an unfair advantage for tge offending team. A lot can happen in those 30s while its 10 v 11
Make the offending player go off for the same amount if time as well

I have a child who cannot get out of bed. Dr's just tell her to go to bed earlier, have a warm bath, dont go on her phone.... 🙄
She can go to bed at 7pm and STILL be unable to get out of bed before 11
