Just watched @bellular.bsky.social ‘s video about bungie and it’s made me realize something that we’ve known for a while; execs are ruining media. Devs told the higher ups Marathon needed PVE and they were ignored. Same with Suicide Squad needing more time. I wonder how many more times it’s happened

I use 300mcg of Melatonin 3 hours before bed. Has been very helpful in maintaining a schedule!
In the US, it's often sold at massive doasages like 3mg, 5mg or 10mg. That stuff's counter productive.

I have ADHD and the drug that impacted me practically the most is.. Melatonin and good sleep hygiene. I just didn't understand the value of that before.

I pulled the trigged because of their returns policy, and I'm keeping it because I'm getting objective & subjective ROI.
Has a compounding effect on general good sleep hygiene - very motivating.
