Had a bit of a fall behind our net Saturday night. When I went down, I took a skate blade to the inside of my left thigh. No cut, but there’s a bruise the size of a cantaloupe down there.

Who knows what’s gonna happen, but if it’s safe-ish to assume Aho is about halfway done with his career, he’s on pace to retire with about 33-35 OT winners.

NGL, though — there’s something pretty gratifying about a woman I’ve casually known for a year, and from queer-ish spaces no less, being visibly shocked and literally speechless when she finds out.
I hate feeling pressured to come out like that. I hate when other people in my life shoehorn my history & identity into small talk.

I’ve been asked to contribute a chapter to a book in which queer Baptists write about their relationship with the Church.
I haven’t worked in a Baptist church since 2020, and my principle romantic partnership is a straight one.
So I’m barely queer *and* barely Baptist.

I love my congregation.
