Unfortunately, on close inspection of our constitution and OSCR policy, the funds must be transfered to a registered charity.

This means we can't include @coherentcomedy.bsky.social in the dissolution fund.

Sincere apologies for the misinterpreted rules of alignment.

The vote isn't a legal requirement, we could have just picked one and announced it and dealt with any objections. We wanted the community to decide.
