went with a fast attacking support centered around rain since it's been my favourite archetype recently. basically if pelipper, tornadus, and kyogre combined into an evil little guy >:)

I miss him sometimes. A 2D fighting game character has never clicked with me quite like this guy.
It's just so sad that he's not the same character I fell in love with anymore. I do plan on checking out the game again when the new version comes out though, so maybe he'll return to me then.
