He'll certainly blame others. I read Noem sent out a propaganda clip blaming the Democrats for the shutdown to all airports, demanding they play it where passengers could see it. 5 airports said no. Good on them, but there's 18 international airports, and 5170 national ones, that likely play it.

Idk who needs to hear this BUT there is an over $6B contingency reserve for SNAP and WICC so they aren’t interrupted during shutdowns (like 2017 & 2019), but DJT’s USDA CHOSE to cut SNAP off Nov. 1st. Thank DJT for that.
