This might be an unpopular take, but I’m tired of seeing people taking shots at Pete Hegseth’s alcoholism. I understand the frustrating hypocrisy that a non-GOP nominee like him would’ve never been confirmed, but alcoholism is a disease. Attack him for any of the other 1,000 reasons that he sucks.

Going forward, I don’t want to hear progressive candidates give their plan on how to restore what the current administration is tearing down. I want to hear their plan for how to build something better in its place. The status quo was killing us. Let’s not pretend that we had a utopia before 2025.
