They filed it with the DC Circuit Court, but filed a courtesy copy with the District Court as well.
Did the government file their petition for a writ of mandamus in the district court rather than the circuit court? It seems to be ECF 206 in the district court. Or is it usual practice to file a petition like this with both courts?

I assume Comey's lawyer will dig into what happened here and file an appropriate motion, but it seems to me that going down this road can only get worse for Halligan. The second indictment says it was signed by the foreperson, and it's not juts a copy of the signature page. (1st on L, 2nd on R)

I can’t see the northern lights, but my camera picked them up. Not very spectacular compared to other pictures I see from Canada or Minnesota, but not bad for Arlington, Texas.
