It's been 1 year since psychosis started. It's been hell. I was diagnosed w/ schizoaffective(schizophrenia +bipolar) 6 months ago and I'm still trying to get a handle on it/accept it. Its like being haunted. I hallucinate constantly. I make light about it but it's scary #schizophrenia #psychosis

This is as close as I can get to showing what my psychosis visual hallucinations/distortions are like. Everywhere I look this happens. It's improving, but when it was it's worst(and even still), I was terrified I'd never do art again. The mind is crazy. #schizophrenia #schizoaffective #mentalillness
