Facilitators aren’t just neutral voices. They're strategists, navigators, negotiators and bridge builders. In high-stakes, high-conflict environments, the right facilitator makes all the difference.

Things or memories?
Titles & accolades or smiles & lives changed?

We're surrounded by messages that we need to be more, do more, earn more, have more.

What if we put as much attention on seeing more, feeling more, giving more & living more?

The #1 task force mistake? Trying to solve too much.

If your scope is too wide, your process won’t go anywhere.

Clear scope = clear outcomes.

It is a privilege to support the professionals of the WRCB on this work. It is inspiring to work with this Board as they work through complex, at times contentious issues in balancing local control with the role of the state, mitigation with cost considerations.
Today, the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code Board (WRCB) met in Golden, CO to continue their work developing a statewide code. It’s no small lift for the Board to tackle such complex & critical issues & their work is strengthened by the active engagement of the public.
