Are you sure you checked all the vents...? Maybe she's still within arms reach... Look for her noise, sparklings don't usually like staying in one place for too long.

Maybe she's not in the vents anymore? She could be in another room.

Have you tried bribing her out with sweets or anything she likes? To lure her out of there so you can take a look at the injury? That's a sparkling we're talking about, they're weaker than a normal cybertronian.
