Urban-grown food - fruits and veg grown in urban areas - could bring health and sustainability benefits, but will UK consumers and stakeholders accept it? And what would stop them? Our data shows mixed, but potential and promising perceptions. #spffoodsystems #urbanagriculture #tukfs ...

We did an analysis for the House of Lords Committee on Food, Diet and Obesity to look at the overlap between foods high in salt, fat and sugar (HFSS) and ultra-processed (UPF). We extended the analysis and it is published today (open access):

*the general bin-fire. Nearly 15 years on I'm still a Queen of typos. 👍

I was on Twitter/X for nearly 15 years, having opened a "work" account during my first RA job as an MSc graduate. It feels strange to mothball that account, but being able to clearly follow other researchers here without the ads, irrelevant posts, & general bin-fire X has become is very refreshing!
