I usually live life with a high level of anxiety which is my norm that I try to manage as best I can so it’s rare I feel depressed but today has been a really down day and I feel quite sad.

Feeling incredibly anxious today, everything is making me want to cry, the thoughts inside my own head too, post gig pictures making me want to crawl out my skin, ruminating over things I can’t change that still hurt + sick of feeling poorly + exhausted. My brain isn’t on my side today 😢 Plz stop!

I’m sure that’s not the case Brian. But what I can tell you is if you don’t talk about it you’ll just punish yourself over it repeatedly in your mind when you don’t need to.

Sometimes I really do hate having such a complex heart and brain. Seeing the nuisance of all sides and battling with my conscience about it all. There are very few things that switch it off and it can be exhausting being so aware all the time of the hypocrisy of the human condition.

It’s always surprising to me that people forget that music and art are inherently political. Even when it’s not intended to be.

and then I tried an ice cream I never had before and whilst all the flavours were great the mix of textures made it hard to eat and had an argument with myself to swallow every bite 😂

Sometimes I think maybe I’m not AuDHD but then in the same day I wasn’t able to get myself ready on time even though I had plenty of time and had anxiety knowing I was going to be late which made me struggle more to function
