I didn't do ARCs bc I was late and there wasn't enough time BUT I made fake reviews from my cats and they're going on Instagram this week and I'm just cackling at them. They're so silly. I refuse to take my marketing seriously

what's a book that changed your life for the better?
idk call me old fashioned but I print out each version of my drafts and pop them in a binder. one for my first draft, one after dev edits, one after line edits, so I only ever have three printed versions, plus the final book.
makes me feel better. if i lose files... i still have my copies.

do other folks collect different formats of books you really love? like, if i listen to a new audiobook and absolutely fall in love with it, i'll buy a paperback just to have it on my shelf.

i know it was very much not the point of the book, but i will always be amazed by katherine addison's naming structure/conventions in The Goblin Emperor. like i read it at the beginning of the year and i'm still toying with the idea of making a flowchart or something
