Our street-level boots-on-the-ground outreach team connected with 102 individuals experiencing homelessness on tonight shift. As always, we did our best to provide holistic care offering essentials for survival & support, along with referrals to help folks navigate the complex cycle of homelessness.

March 22nd: Team Lead Kyla headed out Tuesday evening this week, helping folks downtown with resources, some sandwiches and warm clothes for the last days and nights of winter.
