Just read in Chicago newspaper that Russia and U.S. backed a 3 stage plan for ending war in Ukraine: ceasefire, followed by ELECTIONS IN UKRAINE, and then signing a peace agreement with a NEWLY elected president. Explains yesterday's W.H. attack on Z.
