Sobering WAPO story detailing Park Service revising its web pages on slavery, civil rights. LR Crisis site no longer says 9 "students opened doors for those seeking equality and education around the world." The word equality was removed.

Exceptional story that makes clear the consequences of a technical bill full of hidden landmines for rate payers. I am not certain that even in the heyday of Hamilton Moses that Entergy would have tried something this audacious.
Power companies would be able to raise your electric bill more easily under new legislation
SB307 removes several protections against rate increases, makes it easier for utilities to pass costs to customers, and neuters regulators' ability to do much about it.
