They were seized from Smethwick and Handsworth Wood for fly-tipping in Winson Green.
Both were caught on council CCTV.

Due to protesters blocking some bin lorries at our depot in Tyseley some collections this morning may be delayed.
Please leave your bin out as normal and we will collect as soon as possible.
