Stay strong, work together, and look for the things that connect us.

We are stronger united- hence why people in power spend so much time trying to divide us.

Hearing that he is still alive is pretty heartening, but even so I still worry about the soul of our country. I finally feel myself shaking off the dread of this administration, and it's a reminder that we can't give up, and we can't let these people browbeat us into giving up.

I remember being upset when I heard about Kilmar's deportation and the callous disregard people had for his life, and it had me feeling really disillusioned, melancholy, and even a little hopeless.

This last week and change has been hard. For all its faults, I'm happy to live in the US, but man, if we aren't heading down a dangerous authoritarian path.

Don't give up hope. 💪🏾

We are stronger united together, which is part of the reason these people go out of their way to try and divide us.

I know it's a little too optimistic, but I think we can do anything if we work together.

Okay, so I think a lot about organizing and I'm realizing there's a million different avenues to pursue.

What I think I want to focus on now, is ensuring that people have their basic survival needs met. Does anyone have any ideas on good places to start for that?

You know what? It's easy to lose hope. I think a lot of these people with their shitty regressive policies are banking on that.

But they wouldn't be trying so hard to disenfranchise and attack so many people if we weren't a threat.

Grit your teeth folks- the game ain't over.
