Today in Black History we learn of Ousmane Sembène . He was a Senegalese film director, producer and writer. Many considered him one of the the “Father of African film” He was considered “controversial” for creating films that did not cater to eurocentrism. ✊🏾🟥⬛️🟩#blackhistory #ousmanesembene
