- The TOP 10 finalists will be chosen based on a panel of 5 judges in the interest of fairness.
-The TOP 3 will be selected by a second round of voting + 5 judge panel review.

- PNG, 2D, 3D, and VRoid VTubers are accepted in all categories outside of the main VTuber categories, since we are all equal in this community! (eg. if an asset artist also happens to be a PNG VTuber, they can be nominated for 'Best asset artist').
