I call frames tall and short for long legs and short torso. Our set up is automatically more aggressive than for most people

The opposite is long and low, for long bodied people

I’m a tad over 5’2” but with a very short torso, so normally ride a 48 with a higher saddle. Thankfully love an aggressive position

A couple of years back, they were sticking with the 51, because they love the aesthetic of the flat top tube

Happy and excited to see the 48 shape. Hope to ride one

I’ve also moved people from T to R

I use their calculator to set up my jig for a client, with an average sized stem and seat post out half way. The fit starts from that point

A few times someone has gone down a size, can’t remember someone going up one

They’re certainly not cheap!

But they’re lovely steel frames which will last 30-40 years. As long as it doesn’t get stolen, which is an issue

When I’m fitting someone for one, we’ve got to think out their probable riding style in 10-20 years as well as now

They’re launching a 48 frame soon too

One of the favourite brands I work with are Fairlight. They offer all their lovely, light steel frames in regular and tall options

You can then specify EVERYTHING else, plus they leave the steerer uncut at 50mm as default

They also recommend everyone gets a bike fit before buying from them. Bonus

It’s a total con, to say that criticising Israel’s current government is antisemitism

Maccabi fans behaved like racist, violent hooligans in Holland. Their chants were horrific

UK fans were banned from international games for years in the 80s, and rightly so

Same deal here. No hooligans allowed

Shimano have launched a 160mm crank now, in the 105 range upwards. Manufacturers are finally making things for small people. I can buy 34cm bars from adult bike suppliers now too

I’ve got a 3D printed titanium cockpit, which is lush, and at 32cm, suits my hypermobile tiny shoulders

I’ve got rotor cranks, but mainly because I’m titchy and 150mm short cranks got rid of the dead spot at the top of my pedal stroke

They did that to Jeremy Corbyn too, even ousted him from the Labour Party. He’s been voted in as an independent

I was lifelong Labour. It started going wrong when they passed a resolution that being anti-Israel was antisemitic

Half my family is Jewish. We’re against Israel’s current government 🍉

The misinformation is terrible! His religion hasn’t ever come into his work. I wouldn’t have voted for a religious mayor of any type

Free lunches for all primary school kids, cycle lanes everywhere, hopper bus fares, rail fares frozen, clean air zones
