For context i was officially diagnosed with mitral regurgitation on wednesday. I’d been having stints of heart attack symptoms the week after i put the boy down and it culminated in an er visit

Took the boy for a walk on the route we used to take back when he could still take the scenic route. Little bastard used to jog for hours before he got old. Made sure to take his favorite loop around the block
