Meditation is focused positive thinking. To achieve this positivity, first, let go of what limits you; second, remember what makes you limitless

Be among those whose presence helps you cultivate perfect qualities. Leave those who amplify your flaws. Do not investigate the weaknesses of others; instead, focus on your own. Do not become attached to anything, as attachment is the source of bondage.

All living beings fear suffering; all living beings fear death. Understand yourself not only in humans but in every living creature—do not kill or cause suffering and death. All living beings desire the same as you; therefore, see yourself in every living creature

Reading is more than just words on a page. It’s time for myself, a chance to slow down, hear my inner voice, and find calm. Right now, I’m reading Radical Forgiveness.

Monastic gardens are designed for isolation and tranquility, creating a serene space to calm the mind and spirit. These sanctuaries invite quiet reflection and an appreciation of nature’s changing beauty through the seasons

Happiness is both inside and outside. Mindfulness teaches us to see it in everything: in each moment, thought, breath, and the world around us. It’s always near when we are fully present in the now. #mindfulness #happiness #innerworld #harmony

Unconditional compassion for ourselves naturally leads to unconditional compassion for others. When we are ready to fully take our place and never betray ourselves, we can put ourselves in others' shoes and never betray them.

Breaking free from habits is a challenge we all face. While routines bring comfort, they also blind us to new possibilities and experiences. Mindfulness is the key to stepping out of autopilot and into a more conscious life. 🌿 How do you break free from your habits?

By befriending your breath, you will immediately see how omnipresent unconsciousness is. The breath teaches that unconsciousness is not just around you — it is everywhere.

Autumn is a time when nature slowly falls asleep, and the air fills with coolness and freshness. Yellow and red leaves underfoot remind us that change is inevitable, and every season brings its own beauty and wisdom. It's a time to slow down and reflect. #autumn #nature #time

Sometimes depression feels like a heaviness in the chest, unjustified apathy, and deep sadness that overwhelms without a clear reason. In these moments, it's important to pause and just be with these feelings, even though it's hard

It’s surprising how often we become hostages to our habits and how comfortable and calm that makes us feel. There’s nothing wrong with that, but such habits lead us to take many things for granted, making our autopilot nearly invincible.

The entire Buddhist system of mental training can be reduced to three things:
✨Refrain from evil
✨Practice good
✨Purify the mind
The goal is liberation from ignorance, from taking the impermanent for the permanent.

To appreciate the present we must cultivate a "Beginner's Mind" experiencing everything as if for the first time. This mindset opens us to the richness of sensations free from past expectations allowing us to embrace each moment fully without thoughts of "I know"
