I used to by that chicken brand (the one with the green top) Sambal Oelek. Until my son and I decided to make our own sambal. Super easy. And a lot tastier than store bought. 12+ jalapeno size red peppers, tamarind juice, 1.5-2 tsp salt. Put everything in food processor.
