#TonightsMovie "Cat People" (1982) Silly but fun. Kinski is beautiful, but this was peak Annette O'Toole.
Finished it about 20 minutes ago, hilarious !
#TonightsMovie "A Night At The Opera" (1935) Of course it's dated, but still hilarious, with some moments of genius!
#TonightsMovie "A Woman Is A Woman" (1961) Delightful Godard "comedy" which must've been quite shocking in 1961. Anna Karina is a delight.
I didn't realise "The League Of Gentlemen" were reforming!
#TonightsMovie "Hour of the Wolf" (1968) Is it horror, or madness?
Surely seen by David Lynch at some point.
#TonightsMovie "V/H/S/Halloween" (2025) Pretty gruesome, not sure if I enjoyed it or endured it.
#TonightsMovie "Vivre Sa Vie" (1962) Beautiful and tragic.
Well, who on earth could this be?

Farewell to the actor John Woodbine who died today. He was ubiquitous in the film and TV of my childhood appearing in everything from Z Cars, Dr Who and the films The Devils and An American Werewolf in London.
It was nice to here a local accent onscreen when I was young (outside of "When The Boat Comes In" of course, "Likely Lads" had, despite the setting, a distinctly mostly non NE cast)
Remember when experts were listened to, fascism was bad and kindness wasn't frowned upon?
Seems like forever.
#TonightsMovie "Danger Eyes" (1983) Giallo? Objectively terrible, but quite fun. Doesn't really end but rather just fades away.
Very pleased with this new shelf.
#TonightsMovie "The Devil and Daniel Webster" (1941) Highly enjoyable , though obviously very dated , jingoistic morality tale.
