after 6 straight months of taking care of cats on their death beds that required constant care i feel a little lost. i've been deep cleaning everything today and getting sad every time i recognized a clump of their fur

i shared about it a bit on twitter but i had to say goodbye to the cat my family has raised since birth for over 16 years on friday. it still feels unreal. just like how teddy being gone for over a month feels unreal. it's weird and empty

the irony of teddy succumbing to kidney disease early this month and immediately after his passing my mom's 16 year old cat starts showing signs of kidney disease...... ohhh ohhhh 2025 is an evil year.
