You're welcome! The largest challenge is to not increase the cost of the product with the fix. Some have been quite successful but it's like... who wants to pay $x more for something that a better wifi connection could fix and that may be just moving the feeder a few feet closer. We're on it🐦

is so easy to notice bc we can instantly see/hear the results unlike downloading just data where a wifi "hiccup" doesn't cause any issues other than a tiny delay that we can't actually see or hear. Hopefully this really long response makes sense😂 But thank you for the question.

security cctv videos that are hardwired vs wifi or even wifi doorbells. You may hear a door slam and then see it happen or people are talking over each other bc they thought the other person was finished or didn't hear them. In my experience, the wifi is almost always to blame as any instability...4

from the house, the lag is evident. The Bath Pro was even further from the source and the lag was also evident. But I should also point out the wifi at that location was not great. Like 1-3MBS. Some corrections can be made by dropping the resolution in the app. A great example of this is...3/

found that if I have a high speed connection that is stable, the lag doesn't exist or is nearly non-existent (most videos from the Birdfy 2 I've posted, like the Northern Cardinal). That feeder was attached to the house. But on the Hum Feeder Duo which has a higher resolution and much further...2/

Great question and there can be multiple reasons. Video and audio are buffered separately and the higher resolution the video, the longer it takes. That, combined with wifi factors (speed, bandwidth, distance from source) can lag them even further. But in my testing (anecdotal of course) I've...1/
