Over and above the regular Budget, Homeland Security spending Bill has a slush fund of a 120 billion over the next 4 years and ICE has over 70 billion over the next 6 years. So even if the Dems win to defund ICE, this defunding doesnt effect the monies that were appropriated thru the BBB
