Let me see them have to actively rewrite a story idea when we as players save someone who was supposed to die, or manage to actually reform the villain who was supposed to be unable to reform.

I dont ever see an ai doing that.

I dont want ai to be my dm. I want my dm to actually respond to me, give me that moment of utter glory that players feel for taking down a vile villain they crafted to push the right buttons make me and the other players to hate them.

So sounds like, Toei said supplementary material is required. Which is hard for Non-Japanese fans, especially since not all Digimon media gets exported, like Drama cds, let alone it being harder to access certain animes cause if their age and falling out of print.
