Photo of a copy of Eternity's Sunrise: The Illuminated Works of William Blake side-by-side with a colorful print of Blake's 'Beatrice Addressing Dante from the Car' print from his series on The Divine Comedy. Two Blind Date with a Book packets side-by-side. One packet's genre is Political Fantasy and the other's is Uproarious Drama.

I was really channeling my inner Lumon when I came up with these Photograph of the interior of a used bookstore. Full bookshelves and a full CD rack are visible. The central display table has a sign which reads Bargain Books ($1.00 or less) 50% OFF

Was William Blake, one of England’s greatest poets, actually Irish? Scholars have long maintained that WB Yeats was being fanciful when he claimed one of England’s greatest poets was in fact Irish. But Philip Hoare’s new book suggests an alternative possibility

Absolutely enjoyed the excellent “Apocalypse” exhibition at the BNF. It showed the Book of Revelation’s enduring relevance in a wide range of objects from medieval manuscript to contemporary art.

Art by Tacita Dean, Anne Imhof, Kiki Smith, William Blake and so many more.

These bowls were fashioned by Simon Turner
www.instagram.com/simonturners...
from a mould he made from Blake’s previous gravestone at Bunhill Fields.
"The mould is fired and then used to mould the bowls (otherwise they would read backwards) and then they are fired once, glazed and fired again."
